How Domaine Mistral collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Who we are
Domaine Mistral, 1111 Rue Mistral, Montréal, QC H2P 2X6, is operated by [Legal name of the company operating the building]. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to answer you. We do not ask for your social insurance number, banking details or identity documents on this website.

Your consent
We use your information only for the purposes above, with the consent you give by checking the box on our forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@domainemistral.ca. If we ever want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask you first.
Who can see your information
Only members of our leasing and management team who need it to answer you. We also use service providers that act on our behalf under contract:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and our inquiry database, and protects the forms against spam.
- Calendly handles visit bookings, only if you choose to book. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
- Google Maps shows our location, only if you click “Show the map”.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information stored outside Quebec
Cloudflare’s servers may be located outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before relying on this service we assessed the privacy risks in a privacy impact assessment, and Cloudflare’s data processing agreement protects the information it handles for us.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a lease: deleted 12 months after our last exchange.
- Inquiries that lead to a lease: deleted from our inquiry system 24 months after our last exchange. Your lease file is handled separately.
- Visit statistics: deleted after 14 months.
Deletion is automatic and permanent.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to receive it in a structured, commonly used format, or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent. Send your request to privacy@domainemistral.ca. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
It stores a few values in your browser so the site works as expected:
- Whether you closed the offer popup, so it stays closed for 7 days.
- After you send a form, your name, email and suite, for the current browser tab only, so we can greet you and pre-fill your visit booking. They are erased when you close the tab.
- A random visit number with the page you landed on and the source that brought you here, for the current tab only, to count visits. It is erased when you close the tab.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t count your visit.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Calendly and Google Maps may set their own cookies, but only if you choose to open them.
How we protect it
Information travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored encrypted. Access to our inquiry system is limited to authorized staff, protected by verified sign-in, and every access to personal information is logged.
Confidentiality incidents
If an incident involving your personal information presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people affected, and we keep a register of all incidents.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The version date at the top shows the latest update.
